Meet the JP Equipment Team

Founding Partner

Patrick established JP Equipment, Inc. in 1998. Having owned an industrial laundry before starting JP Equipment, Inc., he understands the unique challenges faced by laundry owners. He is one of the hardest-working people in the industrial laundry equipment industry and can be reached at any time of the day or night to assist you with your equipment needs.

Patrick was born and raised in Indianapolis, IN. He graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH with a BA in Business Administration.

Patrick has been married for over 22 years and has a teenage daughter who enjoys competitive wakeboarding. If he is not at work, you will most likely find Patrick on a boat – though he will still answer his cell if you call!

In 2008, Kate brought 10 years of engineering and manufacturing experience, including industrial laundry production management, and 19 years in sales to partner with her brother Patrick in JP Equipment, Inc.

Kate started working in her family’s envelope manufacturing business at the age of 13 where she learned the importance of bringing commitment and attention to detail to every project. She is a third-generation alumnus of the University of Notre Dame where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, with a concentration in Industrial Engineering.

When Kate is not working she enjoys playing basketball, walking her dog, traveling and spending time on the Oregon Coast with her family.

Lee began his Industrial Laundry career at River City Linen (formerly On the Spot Cleaners) in 2000 by selling their first linen account, processing a total of 1 million lbs. by late 2000. Over the years Lee has designed and built a 2-plant operation in Virginia and North Carolina with four complete tunnel systems averaging over 14 million lbs. of health care and hospitality textiles.

Lee Graduated From Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) with a Bachelor of Science.

Since becoming a partner in JP Equipment, Inc. in 2010, Lee has managed the installation of countless laundries, many of which he designed using state-of-the-art CAD software. His technical knowledge is invaluable.

Chief Engineer
Plant Manager

Dave has worked in the laundry business his entire career. While growing up in Northborough, MA he worked for his father’s dry-cleaning business. He was employed for 15 years after graduating from high school by a large equipment distributor in New England where he worked on coin-op and dry-cleaning equipment, large tunnel systems and finishing equipment. He has serviced and installed Milnor tunnel systems since 1988. For six years he worked for a large commercial laundry as their chief engineer, during which time he built a second plant for the company and managed both plants.

Dave was self-employed for seven years, installing and servicing tunnels and other large commercial laundry equipment, before joining JP Equipment, Inc. in 2012. We are honored to have the best engineer in the industry on our team.

Dave lives with his wife and three children. He coaches his children’s sports teams and enjoys vacationing with his family at his camp in New Hampshire.

Office Manager

When you call the JP Equipment, Inc. office, most likely Christina will answer the phone. You are in good hands since she is able to address just about any question you may have. Since 2009, Christina has provided the glue that holds all the JP Equipment, Inc. puzzle pieces together so that everyone else can focus 110% of their attention on customers.

When not at work, Christina enjoys watching football and spending time with her husband and two children.
